My first professional project, that went on to win the VFX Oscar that year.
After that wrapped, I rolled onto the next project at the studio.
Was able to contribute to the final season of LOST.
The amount of effects work to day-to-day procedurals is actually rather high.
Still a highlight of my career is being able to contribute to a Muppet’s project, and I worked on almost every vfx shot for this one.
This project was an odd beast to wrangle, but the end result was something I can be proud of.
Adding a “standard” effect over the course of a season can lead to some interesting attempts to both deviate for variety and maintain a look.
Was a nice case of being able to come on to a project early enough to be given responsibility for an entire sequence type for the season.
